Just send us an email within 15 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. You can return the order and get a full refund within 15days for all unused and unworn items.

Please note: All jewelry bundles including all jewelry pieces, card, box & gift bag for a refund.

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).

It’ll take around 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

Keeping your gemstones gleaming is easy! Wash your jewelry with warm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush, like a toothbrush. Pat dry using a soft microfiber cloth and store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when it’s not being worn.

Try to avoid harsh chemicals that can lurk in everyday products such as lotion, perfume, and hairspray as well as household cleaners like bleach. Any jewelry made with copper such as Sterling Silver and Rosé Gold items can tarnish slightly over time, however, for many people; this is outweighed by the beautiful properties of natural metals. This means the finish can potentially leave behind a surface mark on the skin when worn. This coloration easily washes off with warm water and mild soap.
If you do see a slight blackening in your piece it is nothing to be alarmed about and the ring can easily be brought right back to its shining self with a jewelry polishing cloth.  Any side effect caused by the natural properties found in our jewelry is temporary, unavoidable and not valid for a refund.

We offer Zircon Diamond and Swarovski Diamonds for our jewelry products.

You can buy our color stoned jewellery with assurance that the colors will not fade with day to day use. Please avoid any physical harm or other exposure to any acidic chemicals and the stones in your jewellery will stay good as new!

Our Jewellery is made of Sterling silver 925 with hallmark on each jewellery product.

Sorry to hear that you have received an empty box. This can occur either on account of tampering by the delivery personnel or an operations error at our end. Regardless, if you receive an empty box, please reach out to us ASAP with the images of the box and your order number and we will ship out a replacement to you from our side.

We strongly recommend that you keep the box safe for the duration of the return window return the jewellery items in the box as jewellery is precious and fragile and is likely to get damaged without a box.

It might take us up to 48 hrs to dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days. We will keep sending you details of your order on your registered phone number and email.
